At E.J. Blue, we partner with top-tier print-on-demand providers to bring you a variety of high-quality products. Since different items might ship from different locations, your order may arrive in more than one package. Don’t worry—each part of your order is on its way!
2. When will I receive my items?
Each product page includes an estimated shipping timeframe. Most items ship separately in 5–10 business days after order placement. For exact estimates, check the product details.
3. Will I get multiple tracking numbers?
Yes—if your order ships in separate packages, each one will come with its own tracking number. You’ll receive all of them by email once each item is dispatched.
4. Will I be charged for shipping twice?
No! Although your items may ship separately, we offer sitewide free shipping—so you won’t pay more, even if they arrive in different boxes. ejblue
5. Can I consolidate all items into one shipment?
At this time, we’re unable to automatically consolidate orders fulfilled by different production partners. This system allows us to provide a broader range of products and more efficient delivery overall.
6. I received only part of my order—should I be concerned?
Not at all! Partial deliveries are normal when working with multiple partners. You’ll receive the remaining items shortly, each with its own tracking information. If you haven’t heard from us after 10 business days, please let us know.
