At E.J. Blue, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to feel confident and happy with every order. Due to the nature of our products—especially skincare and personal use items—we follow a strict yet fair return policy.


🔄 Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare and personal care products.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right.


🚚 What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product:

  1. Use our Contact Us form to report the issue.

  2. Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. We’ll respond within 2 business days to arrange a replacement or refund.


⏳ How long do I have to report an issue?

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or fulfillment errors.


💳 When will I receive my refund (if approved)?

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.


📦 Do I need to return the damaged item?

In most cases, no. For hygienic reasons, we don’t request that you send the item back. Instead, we may ask for a photo to confirm the issue for quality control purposes.


🚫 Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable content (if applicable)
